Are you passionate about ensuring cloud service stability and enhancing mobile services? Join our dynamic O&M team in Dublin, where we are on a mission to deliver top-notch cloud service reliability and security for client!What You’ll Do:– Oversee mission-critical, customer-facing systems across public cloud environments.
– Work closely with global SRE teams to enhance daily services and applications.
– Provide 24/7 on-call support and develop insightful reports on service metrics.What We’re Looking For:– A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or equivalent.
– At least one year of experience as an IT/Internet distributed systems engineer or SRE in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
– Familiarity with Linux, network technologies and monitoring tools.
– Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Bash, Python).
– ITIL certification or knowledge of DevOps, ISO27001, and CSA-STAR standards is a plus.
– Comfortable analysing complex technical issues and responding within strict SLAs.
– Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
