Next G Cloud is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Cloud Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a cloud managed services provider to enterprise clients, we specialize in building, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. You will be inserted in a growing team of talented professionals and will have the possibility to work with senior engineers and business leaders, also in an international environment! Your role will be to develop new solutions, and optimize cloud-based solutions for our clients and local/international partners, leveraging cutting-edge technologies across multiple cloud platforms. There will be also the opportunity to engage in collaborative projects, in international environment. The position is mainly based in Turin and Milan (Italy), but flexible hybrid work and smart working solutions are possible.Responsibilities

• Take care of the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications and services.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for cloud systems and applications.
• Collaborate with team members on cloud architecture and solutions.

Take part to collaborative EU/national projects and/or industrial standards (e.g. ETSI, GSMA, CAMARA) and regulation (CRA).Your Profile Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of cloud services such as computing, storage, and networking.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, application protocols, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in collaborative EU/national projects and/or industrial standards (e.g. ETSI, GSMA, CAMARA).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Basic understanding of networking and security in a cloud environment.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications
