• Project Management: Structure, plan, and manage complex projects.
• Create Clarity: Establish clear structures, maintain an overview throughout all project phases for and with your stakeholders, and document them accordingly.
• Act Proactively: Take a forward-thinking approach to ensure project success.
• Oversee Sprint Transitions: Organize and lead sprint transitions to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare Safety Documentation: Actively contribute to the creation of safety documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

What you convince with

• You have a degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or similar).
• You have experience in agile project work.
• You possess strong technical understanding and a high affinity for hardware development.
• You have a confident demeanor and an engaging presentation style.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking characterize your work approach.
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
• You are willing to travel regularly, including internationally.
