Location: SchiedamFulltime: 40 hours per weekMammoet is looking for an ambitious Junior Contractmanager to join our team in Schiedam. In this role, you will support contract management activities and gain valuable hands-on experience in an international environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those at the start of their careers who are eager to develop their skills in contract management.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts for global projects, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the tender process by reviewing, analyzing, and selecting contract forms that align with project needs.
• Work with project teams to identify potential contract risks, claims, and changes.
• Prepare summaries of key contract terms to support decision-making.
• Contribute to risk assessments by gathering and analyzing relevant contract data.
• Assist in developing subcontractor agreements that align with project requirements.
• Help resolve contract-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, commercial, or legal discipline.
• An eagerness to learn—prior experience is not required, but any relevant internship or academic exposure is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of contract law and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow in an international environment.
