Junior Controlling AnalystYour responsibilities

• Gather and organize data for management reports, ensuring timely and accurate production
• Support business analysis, monitor monthly P&L vs. budget, and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in preparing company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the annual salary increase process
• Suggest improvements to enhance financial performance and support process controls
• Provide necessary information for internal and external audits
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders

Our requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in controlling department (including internships, entry-level accounting roles/assistant positions)
• Proficiency in business English (both written and spoken), and minimum B2 level of Polish
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Symfonia FK and Handel.
• Solid understanding of VAT, CIT, and statistical reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Management Accounting principles

Junior Controlling Analyst supports the financial controlling processes by providing accurate data analysis, preparing management reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
