• Prepares, standardizes, uploads, updates, and corrects data in Excel and PowerBI
• Conducts retail audits and uploads photos to the system
• Creates and updates products, accounts, catalogs, and system structures
• Analyzes data for consistency and accuracy
• Ensures timely and quality data inputs, verifies new data, and informs users.
• Prepares and updates process documentation and supports code integration across systems

• Fluent knowledge of English – at least B2 level
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Numerical skills, analytical mindset, computer skills, problem Solving
• PowerBI experience is a plus

• Hybrid working model in Warsaw
• Cooperation based on the employment contract (fixed-term contract until the end of 2025)
• Monday – Friday: 9:00-17:00
