We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a student or a talented Junior Data Analyst who is passionate about building solutions that leverage various analytical tools, including ESRI ArcGIS. The ideal candidate will have a background in spatial data analytics or data visualisation.Key responsibilities:

• Data Products Development and Deployment: recognize opportunities, design, build, and maintain custom data products using ArcGIS (incl. Story Maps, Dashboards) and other technologies to address specific business requirements.
• Support and Maintenance: provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimization of ArcGIS data products.
• Collaboration: work closely with various business departments and business analysts, to understand requirements and to deliver effective solutions.
• Research and Data Collection: research and updating of commercial property information
• Documentation: create comprehensive documentation for solutions.

Our requirements:

• fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written);
• advanced ArcGIS knowledge;
• a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies, particularly in AI;
• strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to design and clearly articulate complex solution;
• high problem-solving skills and ability to work individually or in a team;
• effective communication skills to interface with stakeholders and end-users;
• PowerBI knowledge will be an advantage.
