We are looking for aJunior Data Analyst (m/f/d)(limited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Heerenveen – flexible working conditions availableWhat will be your challenge in the role:

Explore large datasets, evaluate data quality and understand consumer behavioural patterns relevant for product development as well as operational efficiency
Analyze problems to understand their root cause
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop and implement analytical solutions and contribute to Data Analysis projects
Create structure in disordered information and data
Provide recommendations based on data driven insights

What you need to succeed in the role:

Master or MBA degree in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration)
Consulting skills and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Be able to identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions
An understanding how to perform data extraction and manipulation
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python and R
The ability to balance multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice if you have:

Experience within payments, risk or factoring
Ambition to develop as a professional in an entrepreneurial organization that provides opportunities to work with your areas of interest
Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
