💶 Up to €55,000 + BenefitsAre you ready to step into a high-impact finance role with a globally recognised organisation in the FMCG space?A leading international food and beverage manufacturer is seeking an Industrial Controlling Analyst to strengthen their finance team at a key production site in Cork. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business where your insights will have a direct impact on operational performance and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes for plant operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across the manufacturing site.
• Analyse variances and cost trends across materials, labour, overheads, and production.
• Maintain standard cost data and support transfer pricing and product cost allocations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, admin, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Provide audit support and ensure internal financial controls are upheld.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in finance, controlling, or audit, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Solid experience in period-end reporting (month/quarter/year).
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Understanding of cost control and standard costing in a production or supply chain environment.
• Prior involvement in internal or external audits is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, and confident working with large datasets.
