Together we shape the future of real estate.Job DescriptionWhat You will be Doing:Provide support to the Senior Fund Manager in:

• Preparing the Fund’s Business Plan and periodic updates, also through the drafting of sensitivities scenarios;
• Preparing the necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies and investors;
• Evaluating new investment opportunities;
• Relations with Asset and Valuation functions.

QualificationsWhat You Bring:

• Excellent academic career path in financial economic disciplines, Master RE is a plus;
• Previous experience in real estate sector in fund/investment/transaction divisions (e.g. asset management company, consulting);
• Knowledge in financial modelling;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
