This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career while ensuring compliance with Danish labour laws and collective agreements.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and managing compliance with Danish labour laws and regulations, including social dumping practices.
• Support the implementation and adherence to labour clauses in various contracts.
• Provide guidance on collective agreements and ensure company policies align with union requirements.
• Work closely with senior HR staff to frequently organise meetings related to labour compliance with various subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to labour practices and compliance audits.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance checks and identify potential risks.
• Assist in responding to inquiries and complaints related to labour compliance.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Danish labour laws, social dumping issues, and collective agreements is highly desirable.
• Understanding of compliance principles and best practices is essential.
• Experience working with or within a union environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
