At Factorial we’re looking for a (Junior) Talent Consultant for the Spanish Market. You’ll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to understanding our clients’ Talent management needs and helping them achieve success. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about HR consulting, and excited to make a difference in the Spanish-speaking market.What will you be doing:

• Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up Factorial’s Talent Management Solutions.
• Onboard our new Spanish customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
• Understand our client’s problems and needs, we convert problems into solutions and gather their feedback.
• Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market.

Your Profile

• Spanish expert speaker and professional English.
• Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial’s Talent Management Solutions.
• Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it’s easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates
• Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
• Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
• Previous experience in Consulting, Onboarding customers or in other Customer related roles. But don’t hesitate, with attitude it’s just about learning, isn’t it?
• Knowledge of Human Resources is a must!
• Knowledge of Talent Management softwares is a big plus!
