Job description
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job offers, pre-screening candidates, and coordinating interviews;
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees at the client site;
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality;
- Prepare employment-related documents (contracts, letters, etc.);
- Assist with time tracking, payroll preparation, and benefits administration;
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR queries on-site;
- Help ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation and company policies;
- Contribute to various HR projects as needed by the client or your employer.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, good working knowledge of French or Dutch (both is a plus);
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Flexible and comfortable working in a client-facing, multicultural setting.
