What we are looking for:HR Knowledge: Solid grasp of the employee lifecycle, employment law and employee relations procedures.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organisation.Organised & Proactive: Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to take initiative with a proactive mindset.Collaborative & Adaptable: A team player who is self-motivated, flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Systems Proficiency: Confident in using HRIS platforms; experience with Workday is an advantage.Industry Experience: Experience in hospitality or a multi-site environment is beneficial, though not essential.About Company: “Famed for its glass-crowned, 7-story atrium and post-modernist architecture, our distinctive hotel was designed by Michel Jaspers back in 1989.
