• Solution Design:

• Conduct customer site surveys and collaborate with sales to understand requirements.
• Develop and design tailored automation solutions.
• Present solutions to clients.
• Implementation and Delivery:

• Oversee equipment installation and commissioning.
• Manage project sites and ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate project acceptance and handover.
• After-Sales Service:

• Provide equipment maintenance and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare after-sales service quotations.
• Follow up on service transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordination and Support:

• Coordinate between local team and Chinese headquarters.
• Provide support regarding logistics, technical personnel.
• Assist with itinerary, and accomidation planning of the team members.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good english knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to clients-
• Problem solving skills, and good understanding of robotic systems.
