They collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents worldwide and contribute to continuous service improvement.About You

• Education in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage tickets and reports with punctuality and accuracy.
• Flexible, coachable, and able to work outside normal business hours when needed.
• Knowledge of English and French is essential
• Other European languages are a plus, particularly Polish, Italian, German, or Dutch.
