ClickWhat type of breed are we looking for? 🐕 As part of the Operations Engineering team at Edgard & Cooper, you will play a pivotal role in managing master data across various tools and supporting the SAP landscape to meet the strategic business needs of the organization. This hybrid role requires a strong blend of master data governance expertise along with SAP system support and optimization.What will be in your bowl? 🥗

• Driving initiatives to maintain and optimize master data governance across ERP tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud), CRM (SAP Sales cloud), WMS (Dynaman), Aorta (B2B reseller platform), and other operational tools.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and support for key users in daily operations.
• Playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of master data across various systems while providing support to internal teams and users.
• Keeping documentation up to date related to masterdata & ERP tool authorizations.

Key responsibilities 🐾

• Entry, manage and maintain master data records across ERP and other operational systems ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across those systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular controls and adherence to data governance standards.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues, working closely with end-users and IT teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and address SAP-related issues and inquiries promptly.
• Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Help with system and data migration tasks when required.

What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in SAP (SAP ERP or SAP CRM) support is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify insights and implement solutions to enhance data quality and consistency within complex master data landscapes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
