Job description

Mission

• You analyze technical data relative to mechanical equipment and systems, and their functionality (valves, servomotors, pumps, piping, tank compressor, handling equipment…)
• You take contact with suppliers and partners for procurement or qualification of equipment
• You implement nuclear codes and standards together with international experience feedback for qualification or in-service inspection of safety related mechanical equipment
• You perform a material degradation and ageing expertise
• You assist the Project Manager and the Customer in meetings and technical discussions with the Safety Authorities.

Profile

• You have have a master degree in engineering specialized in mechanics, electro-mechanics, physics or chemistry with some experience in pressure equipment (valves, pumps…) and material science
• You have a knowledge in mechanical technology & standards, materials, manufacturing, maintenance and obsolescence issue
• You speak fluently in French and/or Dutch and have a good level in English
• You can work with limited supervision, reliable
• You are ready to work on site or abroad for short or long term missions, including possible expatriation
