A junior lawyer specialized in pension law in Brussels provides legal support on matters related to occupational and statutory pensions, advising clients on compliance, disputes, and regulatory developments. They work closely with senior lawyers and clients such as pension funds, insurers, or employers to draft legal documents, interpret pension legislation, and ensure proper pension scheme management.As Lawyer specialized in Pension Law, you will:

• Legal advisory: Provide expert legal advice on pensions and related labor law matters to clients across various industries.
• Contract drafting and review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating pension agreements, policies, and regulatory documents.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure clients remain compliant with Belgian and European pension regulations by staying updated on legal changes and providing proactive guidance.
• Dispute resolution: Support clients in handling disputes related to pension plans, both in negotiations and litigation.
• Client collaboration: Work closely with HR departments, pension funds, and business leaders to develop tailored pension strategies.
• Research and analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on pension legislation and provide insights on potential implications for clients.
• Team support: Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

• Belgian Master’s degree in Law.
• Experience from 0 to 8 years of experience
• Interest in complementary pensions; prior experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch & English
