We are currently looking for a strongly motivated individual to join our all-star, growing team in Milan!Our Online Store Management team plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of seasonal operating plans designed to capture global sales for our brand partners’ online stores.What you’ll do:Ensure that the online store and overall look and feel of the site reflect the brand’s visionCoordinate and manage digital catalog creation and product shooting plans and guidelinesManage the flow of goods and price lists according to the delivery plan and the retail plan of the brand partnerSupport the searchandising activities and the implementation of the commercial and editorial plan (Promotions and Newsletters)Coordinate product description and translation with internal and external copywritersSupport and coordinate the go live of onsite activities close to new launchesAnalyze, share and react to the relevant key performance indicators of the site on a daily basisWork cross functionally, communicate and manage processes across departments (Customer Service, Logistic and Tech Team), with the brand partner, and external service provideral service providerWhat we’re looking for:Academic Background in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar degreesPrevious experience in the e-commerce, and passionate about fashion, design, luxury and digitalProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFluency in Italian and EnglishAbility to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approachExceptional attention to detail, reliably proactive, and focused on achieving great resultsAbility to work independently while also being a team playerExcellent time management and follow up skillsWillingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniorityWhat we offer:Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offersLearning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projectsBe part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (+30 nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environmentWe hire for potential, and we reward based on impact.
