We are currently looking for a strongly motivated individual to join our all-star, growing team in Milan.Are you passionate about digital and e-commerce? Be part of our Online Store Management team and play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of seasonal operating plans designed to capture global sales for our brand partners’ online stores.What you’ll do:Ensure that the online store and overall look and feel of the site reflect the brand’s vision;Coordinate and manage digital catalog creation and product shooting plans and guidelines;Manage the flow of goods and price lists according to the delivery plan and the retail plan of the brand partner;Support the searchandising activities and the implementation of the commercial and editorial plan (promotions and newsletters);Coordinate product description and translation with internal and external copywriters;Support and coordinate the go live of onsite activities close to new launches;Analyze, share and react to the relevant key performance indicators of the site on a daily basis;Work cross functionally, communicate and manage processes across departments (Customer Service, Logistic and Tech Team), with the brand partner, and external service providers.What we’re looking for:Academic Background in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar degrees;Passionate about fashion, design, luxury and digital;Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a big plus;Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;Fluency in Italian and English;Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach;Exceptional attention to detail, proactive, and focused on achieving results;Ability to work independently while also being a team player;Excellent time management and follow up skills;Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniority.What we offer:Benefits: lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers;Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and other training projects;Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (+30 nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
