• Assistance in managing and developing partners;
• Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions;
• Sending out communications to partners and collecting feedback;
• Managing project of news channels;
• Working on partners’ requests (frequent questions, assistance with onboarding);
• Assistance in all CRM chats

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) – B2+;
• Proficiency in Russian – C1+
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
• Experience in working with Google Workspace.
