Job description

We are looking for a Junior Payment Analyst to join our client’s team in their Budapest office. If you have 1-2 years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a related field, and are eager to advance your career in a dynamic, international environment, we encourage you to apply.Main responsibilities:

• Perform regular payment runs according to the agreed schedule (generating the payment proposal, reviewing supporting evidence, executing payment run, and posting payment into ERP Systems accordingly)
• Detect and notify unsuccessful payments and assist in resolving them
• Audit support
• Create manual payment instructions in bank portals
• Conduct data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensure data integrity
• Ensure SOX policies and procedures are adhered to
• Reconciliation of balance sheet account

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or similar)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good analytical skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
