In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our EMEA markets, with a strong focus on the French-speaking market. You will act as the first point of contact for customer projects, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, sales support, operations, and dealers in France. This role involves cross-functional management, overseeing all activities related to customized solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or business/project management experience

• Strong customer orientation and a passion for working with sales teams

• High internal customer orientation

• Interest in products and technical details; able to quickly grasp our EMEA product portfolio

• Leadership, a positive frame of mind, the ability to influence and challenge, analytical skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and an interest in financial matters are key factors for success in this position

• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP SD preferred)

• Good understanding of our supply chain and industrial processes

• Successful project management experience

What You Will Be Doing:

• Pre-Sales Project Management: Understand project context, key success factors, and customer requirements while documenting business specifications.

• Customized Solution Development: Propose tailored solutions that align with functionality, design, cost, and timeline, ensuring supply chain feasibility and profitability.

• Mock-Up Coordination: Oversee mock-up development with the team to ensure timely, complete, and high-quality deliveries to customers.

• Post-Sales Project Management: Lead the pilot phase of customized solutions and support order fulfillment to guarantee seamless execution.

• Quality & Timeliness Assurance: Ensure that all solutions and orders are delivered on schedule, meeting quality expectations at every stage.
