Professional is part of LeasingTeam Group – Poland”s largest group of exclusively Polish-owned personnel consultancy companies that for the past 21 years has been effectively linking candidates with employers and providing them with a comprehensive range of HR services.For one of our Clients, international marketing agency we are currently looking for:Job description:Using JIRA to manage digital projects efficiently.Creating, updating, and tracking JIRA tickets to prioritize and oversee tasks related to websites, landing pages, digital marketing campaigns, and e-commerce projects.Ensuring clear communication and progress updates across multiple countries and teams.Working closely with web publishers, QA analysts, designers, developers, and other cross-functional team members to keep tasks on track and within scope.Coordinating with local subsidiaries and various stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.Identifying and reporting issues, while actively supporting their resolution.Estimating task durations and assessing their scope.Monitoring deadlines closely and negotiating due dates to ensure timely delivery.Expectations:Previous experience in a similar role within a digital or tech-focused environment.A good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).Familiarity with full-cycle task management – from start to finish.Ability to effectively coordinate assignments among project team members.Strong organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Solid working knowledge of MS Office, as well as basic analytical and reporting skills.A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask and maintain a positive “can-do” attitude.Willingness to acquire new skills and learn new tools.A team-oriented approach.Offer:The chance to work with both Polish and international clients.Short- and medium-term projects that provide opportunities to experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and solutions.Collaboration with engineers working on cutting-edge retail solutions, including face recognition, gender and age detection, beacons, footfall tracking, NFC, and digital signage.Employment based on either a permanent employment contract or a mandate contract .A comprehensive benefits package: private medical and dental care, sports and lunch cards, and life insurance.A renovated, modern office located in Mokotów.Fresh fruit, cereals, and coffee available daily.A chillout space with a PS4, board games, and access to a terrace.
