Working under the guidance of a Team Leader, Delivery Manager, and Senior Project Managers, you will gradually take ownership of small tasks while contributing to larger project coordination.In parallel, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of 3 Project Managers and 6 Technical Managers – a team that emphasizes collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a healthy work-life balance. We believe a happy team is a successful team.Main Responsibilities:Support Project Managers in coordination and follow-up of ongoing projectsAssist in preparing and updating project documentation and schedulesSupport the configuration, testing, and delivery of SCADA solutions alongside technical expertsProvide support for internal communication flows between engineering, logistics, and customer teamsHelp track commissioning activities and delivery schedulesMonitor project progress and contribute to risk identification and mitigationAssist in preparing technical and progress reportsParticipate in meetings with internal teams and clients to better understand delivery processesPreferred ExperienceQualifications:Academic background in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related fieldsInterest in project management and international renewable energy projectsFluency in English (written and spoken) – French, Spanish, or Italian is a plusBasic knowledge of project management tools, Excel, and PowerPointFamiliarity with SCADA systems is a plusSoft Skills:Ability to work remotely in a team and collaborate dailyProactivity, curiosity, and a growth mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and deliver them on time with high qualityStrong problem-solving and analytical skills – able to identify and solve technical or operational issuesCommunication skills – able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersAdaptability, self-motivation, and readiness to learn and apply new technologies
