We are one of the most promising European technology companies to watch.About the roleWe are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in software testing. As part of our QA team, you will be responsible for executing manual testing processes, documenting results, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high standard of product quality.What You’ll Do

• Design and execute test cases based on product requirements
• Perform functional and manual product testing
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases
• Identify, document, and report defects clearly and concisely
• Conduct regression testing to ensure previously developed features continue to function correctly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to resolve issues and deliver high-quality software

RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in cross-team collaboration
• A curious mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Patience and persistence in problem-solving and testing
• Ability to consistently execute tasks in alignment with internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines

Desired Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in QA or software testing (internships or academic projects included)
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Experience with the full testing lifecycle: test case creation, defect reporting, verification, validation and regression testing
• Exposure to Scrum or Agile development methodologies
• ISTQB certification or related training is a plus
