We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Buyer in Paris, France. As a key member of the Vanilla Global Sourcing team, you will support the Vanilla Global Procurement Manager in the supplier relationship and the implementation of the sourcing strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Part of Flavor Global Sourcing team, support Global Procurement Manager in the implementation of the sourcing strategy

• Manage RFQs, present the best recommendations and ensure proper contract formalization and follow up

• Develop a good understanding of the market price drivers

• Develop business risk contingency plans, with new supplier introductions

• Work closely with the R&D and Planning teams to ensure successful delivery in line with supply chain and business requirements

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure high supplier performance

• Lead, support or coordinate cross-functional teams and Support Special Projects upon requests

You Bring

• Master Degree in Business, Purchasing, Finance, Food Technology, Chemistry, Science, Agronomy

• First experience in Procurement

• Fluent in French and English

• Self-starter, independent and able to work in a global team environment. Strong analytical skills, curious & independent mind.

• Experience in an International Business is a plus
