Job descriptionJunior Test Analyst – Near Cardiff (1-2days per week in office)Are you looking to kick-start your career in software testing? Passionate about quality and eager to learn?If you have at least 1 years’ experience in a web-based software testing role this could be the one for you!We’re working with an exciting company in South Wales that’s on the lookout for a Junior Test Analyst to join their growing QA team.What you’ll be doing…

• Assisting in the testing of software applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards
• Testing and assuring quality of all new and existing software products
• Creating & Executing test scripts
• Working closely with developers, business analysts, and senior testers to understand system requirements
• Documenting test results and contributing to continuous improvements in the testing process

About you…

• A minimum 1 year in a Test Analyst role within a software development team
• SQL (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A good understanding of the software development process (Agile Scrum Methodology or similar)
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams.
