Nous recrutons un juriste international (H./F.) pour renforcer notre équipe de 6 personnes basée à Gennevilliers.

Principales responsabilités :

• Rédaction, analyse et négociation de tous types de contrats commerciaux,
• Gestion des réclamations précontentieuses et/ou contentieuses,
• Conseils juridiques auprès des dés équipes commerciales et projets.

Spécificités du poste :

• Business Partner des opérations,
• International avec des clients en U.E. et hors U.E.,
• Négociation (pas uniquement de la rédaction de contrats),
• Autonomie (portefeuille de clients),
• Poste évolutif,

Profil recherché :

• Formation supérieure de type Master II en droit des contrats ou des affaires
• Environ 5 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire dans un environnement industriel ou en cabinet avec des clients industriels.
• Bilingue Français/Anglais (négociation et rédaction des contrats dans les deux langues)

Localisation : Gennevilliers (IDF). Télétravail possible plusieurs jours par semaine.
