Kering HR Shared Services department is currently looking for an HR Operations Representative who will join our team based in Montebello Vicentino.

Job Description

our opportunity

You will support in HR Administration and Operation services provided to our Brands. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams, this role requires a real passion for service excellence, with a natural ability to build connections with stakeholders, providing them with sound advice and support.

How you will contribute

• Manage data cleaning activities
• Manage digital archive
• Support employees and HR on administrative related topics
• Provide ad hoc reports and elaborate HR KPIs

Who you are

• You are precise, accurate and highly organized
• You are fluent both in Italian and English
• You are a proficient user of MS Office Suite
