Key Account Manager in Dardilly, France

Rattaché au Directeur Commercial, vous serez garant de la stratégie commerciale et du développement des marques sur le périmètre de la Construction. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

· Se positionner au centre de l’organisation interne comme un interlocuteur privilégié de votre portefeuille et fédérer l’organisation Construction dans les plans de déploiements

· Porter la responsabilité du développement de l’offre Tools sur un portefeuille du TOP Grands Comptes directs ou indirects sur la construction

· Définir et mettre en œuvre les plans d’actions liés aux objectifs de croissance de votre portefeuille

· Assurer et développer les relations commerciales avec vos homologues au sein des organisations grands comptes distribution

· Utiliser les outils digitaux pour développer vos contacts clients ainsi que pour initier des démarches sur de nouveaux prospects à potentiels

· Assurer une fonction de veille des besoins sur les verticales marchés de son périmètre

· Accompagner les revendeurs ou les clients en relations directes dans leur approche digitale (E-catalogue, place de marché, Punch out)

Profil Recherché :

· Connaissance du secteur d’activité de la Construction est un plus

· Compétences et expérience en matière de relation clients

· Bonne maîtrise des outils internes de gestion de l’activité commerciale (Salesforce, Showpad, PowerBI, Excel)

· Rigueur, sérieux et exigence, autonomie

· Une rémunération attractive avec un salaire fixe à partir de 50k€ brut annuel (plus selon expérience) + 20% de variable sur résultats + 10% d’intéressement en moyenne –> soit un package total cible supérieur à 43k€ brut annuel
