Be the backbone of innovation and join a leading pharmaceutical company to help keep life-changing science moving forward!Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our client’s Immunology team. In this field-based role, you will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the immunology therapeutic area while implementing effective communication strategies. This position covers Poznan and the surrounding region.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a tactical plan tailored to the territory’s needs.
• Identify and analyse opportunities and challenges in the medical, scientific, and therapeutic areas, proposing actionable improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, raising awareness about patient journeys, unmet needs, and relevant therapeutic topics.
• Monitor changes in healthcare policies, legislation, and trends, assessing their impact on the business.
• Foster partnerships and explore innovative ways to engage with stakeholders.
• Identify networking opportunities to enhance value offerings for patients.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with HCPs.
• Utilize multi-channel communication strategies to engage stakeholders effectively.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in dermatology and/or rheumatology.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external functions.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Business and financial acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Polish (required) and English (good proficiency level).
