This role will be responsible for sales and the 360º management of their client portfolio.The main product categories under their responsibility include sunglasses, goggles, helmets, apparel, and accessories.Main responsibilities:

• Manage the client portfolio at a national level, ensuring business growth and the achievement of sales objectives.
• Develop commercial strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase brand penetration in the market.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and define sales conditions in line with corporate strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure efficient customer service and proper brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a reference point for strategic and operational needs.
• Manage the assigned budget and forecast to ensure effective resource planning.
• Define, together with the Marketing team, the 3-year brand implementation strategy and the different product categories.

Main requirements:

• Academic background: Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• High proficiency in English.
• 5 years of experience in the sports/fashion apparel.
• Experience as a KAM for sports brands, negotiating and managing accounts at a national level.
• Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and excellent relational abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe.
• Desirable: Passion for sports.
• Driver’s license required.
