THE POSITIONWould you like to be a member of a pioneer Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) GBS team?
Looking for a new challenge in Risk Management services at a new Shared Service Center? Help us expand our GBS Center in Wroclaw.Tasks & responsibilities

Execute day-to-day assigned TPRM related activities and support in the further development and maintenance of TPRM capabilities.
Ensure the comprehensive execution of risk-related activities in coordination with other support functions/risk experts
Support the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio in line with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure
Cross functional collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders in different countries
Ensure proper task intake, prioritize track tasks through provided intake systems

About our future employee

University degree in Business/Economics/Law or related
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the compliance or risk management area, preferably in a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department
Strong customer and business partnering skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and to effectively execute multiple tasks
High learning agility
Excellent business English, additional languages a plus
