Join our HR Team in Seneffe as a Labor Relations Specialist! In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with Belgian labor laws and collective agreements, and supporting HR processes that intersect with labor relations. Your work will directly contribute to a positive employee experience and the smooth execution of HR initiatives.Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for labor relations matters at the site level, providing expert guidance and timely resolution.
• Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Partner and other HR functions to support labor negotiations, contract implementation, and legal reviews.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain labor-related documentation, including agreements, official communications, and meeting records.
• Coordinate logistics for union and Works Council meetings, including scheduling and preparation of relevant materials.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with union representatives and employee groups.

Qualifications

• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or labor relations, with strong focus on Belgian labor practices.
• Proven experience working with unions or employee representative bodies in Belgium.
• Solid understanding of general HR processes, compliance requirements and employment law.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
