Landowner and Farmer Engagement Adviser

We are scaling up our ambitious Nature Recovery Plan across the Chilterns National Landscape
and excited to partner with Affinity Water to support a new role working with farmers to create
more, better, bigger and better-connected habitats in the North Chilterns farmed landscape.

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring person, driven to make a practical difference on
the ground, to work with the 19 farmers in the North Chilterns Farmer cluster. The role will
support the delivery of farmer’s current plans and help develop new and exciting ideas to help
wildlife on their farms to thrive and work towards Net Zero.

If you have the skills and experience to build trusting relationships with farmers, help build
their Farmer Cluster and provide a practical package of support then we want to hear from you.
