Are you passionate about outdoor living and great customer service? Do you have a flair for sales and enjoy helping customers bring their dream gardens to life?I’m looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Advisor to join their team and play a key role in growing the business as well as their culture.What you’ll do:

• Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored outdoor living solutions.

• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, guiding clients through products and services.

• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.

• Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Assist with showroom displays, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.

• Comfortable to handle and assist outdoors with various tasks and duties.

• Driven by targets, KPIs, progression and service excellence.

• Not deterred by weather conditions.

What I’m looking for:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within landscaping, home improvement, or luxury outdoor products.

• A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Confidence in handling sales enquiries and closing deals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of outdoor living trends and materials (training provided).

• A passion and drive to progress and go above and beyond expectations.

• Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonus.
