Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.As a Laser Sampling Specialist, you’ll perform tests and analyses of solutions for laser marking in wide range of applications. You’ll support our sales teams by providing a proof of concept and evidence of printer capability to meet clients’ requirements in order to support the sales process.What you will do:

• Perform application feasibility analyses for sales opportunities. Check the quality of the marking defined by the customer to determine the feasibility, required equipment, and required setup to achieve the objectives for the Coding & Marking Solutions
• Supply high quality technical Sample & Feasibility reports with complete descriptions of solutions including benefits and weaknesses of each solution tested
• Be an active member of the company Global Sample & Laser Committees
• Work closely with the Commercial Groups to properly define the scope of work for complex projects, and fully align testing and feasibility priorities with the priorities of the region supported
• Assist management in identifying and implementing changes to improve the effectiveness of the feasibility center
• Adjusting, calibrating, setting optical components of laser marking systems to find best configuration for customer requirements

What you need to have:

• Technical Education
• Motivation to develop in the field of laser systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
• Manual skills (operation of simple tools)
• English: at least B1 level
