• Contribution to the project-specific time planning in iAU (plausibility check)
• Tracking of the project-specific time plan and milestones relevant to the pre-series and start-up phase
• Documentation of the Ramp-up status for each module and project
• Escalation in case of recognition of deviations against the plan
• Organization and moderation of interdisciplinary project meetings and workshops
• Documentation of the meetings and tracking of ToDos
• Coordination of all relevant stakeholders throughout the

start-up team, engineering, production, quality, and logistics (iAU) * Communication and alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders (iAA, iAB…)

• Change management support (changes in tooling, assembly process, packaging, etc.) about all related work instructions and qualification of the personnel
• Face-to-customer for ramp-up-specific meetings on-site
• Help with problems in the series production of previously launched products

• BSC or MSC preferably with an Engineering subject
• Methodical skills of project and time management
• Advanced English skills
• Interdisciplinary professional knowledge
• High-level communication and moderation skills
• Recognition of impending deviations from the plan
• IT skills (xls, ppt)
• Solution-oriented way of working
