In this role, you will pair up with different teams to translate user data into insights and opportunities for our business development. You get to play with petabytes of data, a sophisticated and advanced data stack, and help define the future of Europe’s biggest online classifieds platform into a product that customers love. You will be a part of a high-performing, incredibly smart, and diverse team.This position is hybrid in either our offices in Poznan, Warsaw or Bucharest. Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Poland, or Romania. \nWhat you will be doing:

• Work closely with the Management Team to gain exposure to strategic topics and use data to answer our most critical business questions
• Work together with key commercial stakeholders on topics such as sales strategy, segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market potential assessment, performance improvement or better understanding customer behavior and value delivery
• Convert data from diverse sources into actionable insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team in Europe to exchange knowledge and ensure data and tools consistency
• Lead data projects to equip business teams with tools for enhanced performance
• Optimize automated processes and adopt industry best practices (including where applicable the use of AI tools/ data science methods) for the Analytics team
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to develop team skills and competencies within the analytics tribe

Who we’re looking for:

• Fluent in English
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in data, business, or product analytics roles
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and project management
• Proficient in transforming unorganized data into actionable insights that fuel decisions-making
• Skilled in developing hypotheses, interpreting data in a business context, and deriving actionable recommendations
• Solid SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/ Redshift preferred) and Excel, with hands-on experience in Python data analysis
• Naturally curious, fostering innovation
• Familiar with data visualization tools and telling stories through data (Tableau is a plus)
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or data-intensive businesses is highly desirable
