???? How will you shape our tomorrow?

To replace a maternity leave, we are looking for a Lead Change manager who will be responsible and accountable at the global level for managing and maintaining the Change Management (CM) function and aspects regarding the roll-out of our Transformation in our operating companies.

Our ambition is to go beyond the solution to embrace the Transformation in Sonepar. The Lead Change Management operates in a multi-cultural global environment and will have to accommodate the needs of several markets, as well as different regional and local differences (often simultaneously) 

The Lead Change Management is positioned within the Transformation & Adoption team (direct customer interaction via digital channels) but will act in an Omni-experience environment working closely with other Stream leads, Product teams, the Associate Experience Team (customer interaction via our customer facing associates) and Business Transformation Office. 

Your mission will be to:

  • apply a structured methodology and lead the global Change management & Adoption framework (execution of change management Spark Adoption stream), manage it in long-term plan and maintain it.
  • leverage the change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes induced by the Transformation initiatives.
  • support the transformation programs in Sonepar and spread the CM strategy to make each program a real success
  • build, support and develop a network of Change & Adoption practitioners at Group level to define a common and shared framework and implement a governance to better accompany OpCos and HQ in their Digital Transformation.
  • dialog with group and local stakeholders, contributing to support countries sponsors, sales & marketing teams to prepare and deploy properly the CM strategy
  • manage the change portfolio and allocate the right Change FTE for leveraging the method

 The experience you bring:

  • Experience and knowledge of Change Management activities, including Digital deployments.
  • Experience in large multi-national organizations with matrix structure.
  • Good understanding of the B2B industry and challenges.
  • Expertise in Change Management and Transformation methods, approaches, and tools (A Prosci certification is a nice to have)
  • Fluent written and spoken English and preferably French proficiency.

  • Hybrid: 2 days in Paris (20ème, 8ème)
  • Some international travel for a global touch (Europe, and North America)
