Are you ready to make an impact on a global scale? As a vital member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will take a leading role in designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge Directory Services solutions that drive our operations worldwide.In this role, you’ll:

• Engineer and optimize Directory Services tools, technologies, and global service offerings.
• Play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing Active Directory, Entra ID Connect, and Entra ID operations.
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to bridge solutions and deliver excellence.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of IAM for the organization, ensuring security, efficiency, and innovation in everything we do.What you’ll be doing:Support Directory Services operations, including Active Directory and Entra ID authentication.Troubleshoot issues configure SSO/SAML, manage ADFS trusts, and optimize services.Write PowerShell scripts to automate processes and enhance reporting.Provide technical guidance to teams and resolve critical P1 incidents efficiently.Maintain the service catalogue and manage assets related to Directory Services.Collaborate with external partners and ensure alignment with security principles.Demonstrate expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Technology at an enterprise scale.Some Benefits:

What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in multinational Directory Services architecture, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.Expertise in Microsoft Identity technologies with SME-level knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.Strong IT background with excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions to diverse audiences.Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience with PAM tools, DNS, DHCP, and IGA is a plus.Relevant qualifications: University degree in a technical field or equivalent, ITIL V3 certification, and Microsoft certifications like MCSE or Entra ID Fundamentals.Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).Why choose us?Our client is proud to be a global thought leader leading 30,000+ colleagues with a collective spirit working in over 60 countries globally .You’ll have the opportunity to grow and work across an extensive portfolio of global brands.
