What is the job about?
The Lead HR Compliance Specialist is a short term assignment position, intended initially for 1 year, which is responsible to develop, manage and coordinate all HR activities related to secure that global HR policies, processes, systems, and tools, with an impact at Group or Regional level, are compliant to internal and external requirements. The Lead Compliance Specialist proactively supports HR Process Owners and HR professionals in all internal and external compliance matters.The position comes with a fixed term contract of up to 18 months.Your main responsibilities:
