Lead IT Business Analyst x4 – UK WideUK Wide – 1 or 2 monthly travel to client site£65,000 – £85,000 + perm benefitsSecurity Clearance Required (SC eligible)We’re looking for a number of Lead Business Analyst’s to join our growing, client-focused consultancy team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative IT solutions, working closely with clients to solve complex problems, and guiding them towards impactful, lasting change.This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence senior decision-making, and develop your leadership skills in a forward-thinking, people-focused environment.What You’ll Do

• Lead both in-person and virtual client workshops, managing stakeholders with differing priorities to agree clear, actionable requirements.

• Apply an evidence-based approach, using data to inform decisions and constructively challenge where necessary.

• Work with ambiguity, bringing clarity and simplifying complexity.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client needs.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation (including Generative AI), and contribute to winning new work.

• Lead Business Analysis on complex projects, often under pressure, while role-modelling professional excellence.

• Mentor and manage other Business Analysts, supporting their growth and development.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in user-centred product or service development.

• Strong background in technical environments, working alongside solution architects and other technical experts.

• A track record of identifying and developing business opportunities.

• Experience in Public Sector projects or other highly regulated industries (Utilities, Energy, Pharmaceuticals).

• A sustainability mindset and the ability to embed it into solutions.

Plus the ability to:

• Influence strategy and leadership direction in complex environments.

• Become a trusted domain expert.

• Understand solution architecture and underlying technologies.

• Operate at both detailed and strategic levels.

• Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and coaching.

Expected salary

£65000 – 85000 per year
