Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Billingham, Stockton on a permanent basis 4 days/week. The role will involve:

• Full ownership of the companies wellbeing platform
• Employee engagement with wellbeing initiatives
• Ownership of the clients chronic condition management and prevention programme
• Physical Demand Analysis
• Workplace assessments
• Case Management
• Health Surveillance
• Pre-employment screening
• Fitness to work assessments
• Advise on physical and mental health issues

To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience.Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 pro rata + Benefits
