You will liaise directly with Consultants, providing advice and overseeing governance surrounding the prescribing of SACT. • Registered with GPhC
• Post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
• Specialist knowledge in oncology, aseptic production and in haematology is essential
• Extensive experience in the above areas
• Experience working within a hospital setting
• Previous management experience is essential
