Main responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10 engineers, providing technical and people leadership.

• Define vision, strategy, and values within the team and across the Digital Accelerator.

• Drive productivity improvements through modern advancements like genAI.

• Deep technical understanding of modern internet architectures and frameworks.

• Drive continuous improvement across cross-platform teams, emphasizing rapid learning.

• Practice systematic problem-solving and effective communication.

• Build innovative technology competencies and ensure sustainable incident response.

About you

• Experience: Experience leading software engineers, evaluating performance, and providing actionable feedback. Experience in distributed teams and diverse programming languages preferred. Background in scaling systems sustainably and advocating for reliability and velocity improvements. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.

• Soft and technical skills: Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within global engineering teams. High energy and ambitious with a passion for challenging ideas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Service-oriented, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Education: MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Languages: English.
