Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable.PositionWe are seeking a dynamic Lean and Process Innovation Agent to join our Lean & Process Innovation Team at Carel Industries in Brugine (PD).This role involves leading and supporting the organization in implementing process improvements through the application of Lean approaches and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:-Leadership & Support: Lead and support improvement groups, providing expertise and coordination, and offering feedback on methods and behaviors.-Communication: Ensure effective communication and dissemination of results and methodologies at the group/process level.-Project Proposals: Suggest new improvement projects based on the company’s general guidelines.-Training: Organize and lead training programs on Lean approaches and methods for new colleagues.-Global Collaboration: Connect and collaborate with colleagues from foreign subsidiaries and plants to ensure alignment on standards and best practices.Requirements– Master degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics.– Proven experience in a similar role within a multinational context, with a track record of leading medium to large complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and delivering tangible results.– Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies. Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.– Knowledge and interest in Innovation Management, Customer Development, Design Thinking, Agile. Scrum Master certification is a plus.– Fluent in English.– Passion for leading projects with data-driven abilities.– Strong team working and problem solving skills.– High capacity to handle a large variety and type of stakeholders.– Proactive, innovative, creative, and optimistic mindset.Other informationWhat we offer
