Descrizione aziendaOur Client is an industrial Company operating worldwide on technical applications for several businesses.In order to strengthen their Operations and Industrial Management Team for Italy, they’re looking for a Lean Manufacturing Manager.Posizione

Facilitating events to drive targeted, sustainable improvement in Industrial and Operations results by leveraging Lean tools, consulting skills and change management process;
Implementing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process, through formal and informal training. Design and facilitate local training sessions, aiming at further developing a continuous improvement culture inside the company;
Analyzing anomalous trends and KPIs, engaging and coaching associates on the correct use of improvements tools, promoting and implementing process improvement
Delivering instruction of continuous improvement methodologies and implement daily tracking;
Ensuring data analysis, critical thinking, solutions and bringing on special activities both on operational, technical and other key Departments and Management;
Ensuring compliance with local and Corporate legal standards, policies and local regulations in job related terms and full compliance.
Interfacing at a Group level with Head of Continuous Improvement function.

Requisiti

Degree or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management Engineering or similar academic backgrounds;
At least 4/5 years of previous experience in similar role and manufacturing multinational environments;
Change Management, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and Six Sigma experience;
Fluency in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken;
Excellent MOS full knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other) and with digital application for industrial and production corporate contexts;
Integrity, leadership, communication skills, goal oriented, flexibility, able to lead and persuade and team-builder attitude are a must.
